Job Description:
- Perform in-depth Research on client companies, peers, and industry.
- Ability to creatively and fundamentally think and analyze companies and guide teams to drive the thinking process for researching these companies.
- Prepare/Review/guide team for making fundamental reports and financial analyses on companies.
- Ensure the accuracy of all facts, figures, and data on collaterals.
- Make all the required collaterals on client companies such as Earning Presentation, Investor Presentation, Annual Reports, etc.
- Perform various types of analyses, reports, logs, etc.
- Prepare/coordinate/review/improve investor materials like quarterly earnings releases, earnings conference call scripts, etc.
- Create checks and balances processes to ensure absolute accuracy of all information published.
- Train/guide account managers to analyze companies better and prepare them to present to the investor community.
- Perform, improve, and check various types of value-added analysis.
- Develop, manage, and enhance all communication and investor relations value-added reports and aspects with existing and potential clients and investor community.
Skills Required
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate governance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
