About the Role
- Researching across various asset classes and working independently on the day-to-day administration of loan servicing and portfolio management across different geographies.
- Interact and coordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral.
- Build financial models/reports as per the client’s requirements and analyze historical performance to identify the key drivers, to assess the performance.
- Review and extract relevant data from financial statements, loan agreements, amendment documents, and other reports as required by clients or analyze the credit.
- Calculating and monitoring financial covenants and key metrics.
- Review the reports on the platform and need to ensure that the logic is accurate.
- Presenting the analytics to clients to match their expectations
Skills Required
- Knowledge and familiarity with underwriting and/or asset management of real estate investment transactions
- Analytical skills to understand commercial loan documents and borrower financial statements
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
